The Lebanese Medical Association for Sexual Health (LebMASH) is seeking an Administrative Associate to perform administrative, logistic and financial tasks. In addition, the administrative associate is expected to participate in grant writing and data collection.
Scope of Work:
- Manages the petty cash fund by keeping an updated cashbook.
- Ensures bookkeeping of all finances is done weekly
- Follows-up on public holidays, paid leaves, travel and sick leaves to schedule meetings and prioritize issues related to LebMASH projects.
- Coordinates with board members, staff and contractual employees about project deadlines, meetings, reviews, follow-ups and schedules.
- Creates templates, sheets and charts for Administration documents.
- Helps create online accounts and draft documents including letters, invitations, job descriptions and lists of duties
- Drafts and proof-reads documents.
- Participates in data collection and research tasks.
- Drafts grant proposals and concept notes under the guidance of the ED
- Conducts tasks as assigned by Executive Director or Administrative Manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in business management, Human Resources or public health
- Experience in health advocacy and NGOs is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic - French is a plus
- Good communication skills
This is a short term position for 1 year and can be renewed.
