Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communication and requests.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings and other key events.
- Maintain the social media platforms of the organization.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and a strong sense of integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
