Executive Director

LebMASH is seeking a full time Executive Director Required qualifications: - Believe in the mission and vision of LebMASH - Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Arabic - At least 1 year experience in working with an NGO in Lebanon in a managerial position - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Ability to manage other full time and part time employees - Experience in grant writing - Flexibility in hours/schedule - Attention to details - College Degree   Additional optional qualification: - Strong connections with other civil society organizations in Lebanon - A degree related to public health   Responsibilities: With the help of an administrative assistant: - Coordinate with accountant to present monthly financial statements to the board and ensure monthly sound bookkeeping and yearly audits. - Work with the board to prepare and present annual budget. - Coordinate with lawyer to ensure that the organization maintains legal good standing. - Grant writing. - Management of the flow of information and communication via email, website, Facebook, Dropbox and phone. - Maintain relationship with other civil society players and internally with volunteer and partner networks. - Represent the association in meetings. - Plan and organize events and conferences. - Supervise project managers and ensure that all projects are on track and all deadlines are met. - Supervise the volunteer coordinator to ensure that all volunteers are engaged and updated - Prepare agenda of monthly board meetings in collaboration with the president and run board meetings. - Coordinate with board members to keep them updated on the progress of the organization and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. - Perform other duties as requested by the association’s president and board - Brainstorm with board members on yearly strategic plan for the organization
