Business Coach

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing a business training curriculum
• Giving participants an orientation on the program
• Outreaching participants to join the project
• Providing capacity-building training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises
• Providing business training for participants
• Assisting the participants in designing their plans
• Helping trained participants to start up their business under the following fields: Agriculture, Food processing, domestic plantations, small ruminants, Forestry, construction and others
• Training participants and supporting them to make their business profitable and responsive to market demands
• Guiding the winning participants on how to find additional sources of funding
• Reporting any kind of challenge to the project coordinator
• Sending weekly reports to the project coordinator
• Documenting all files related to the project
• Helping participants to build networks with suppliers
• Filling in a daily activity sheet that shows their daily performance

Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or any other relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in coaching 
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
