LOST is seeking to recruit a skilled Business Trainer to implement a thorough business training program for a group of beneficiaries. The trainer will provide youths on the entrepreneurship path with business training to enhance their knowledge and skills for establishing a successful business.

Scope of Work:

  • Develop and deliver a customized business training curriculum.
  •  Concentrate on essential areas including business planning, financial management, marketing, and operations.
  •  Conduct interactive sessions, practical activities, and case studies to boost participant involvement.
  •  Offer continuous support and direction throughout the training period.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in business coaching, with a proven ability to drive successful outcomes.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • A motivational leader capable of inspiring and guiding participants to achieve their business goals.
  •  Adept at identifying challenges and providing practical solutions to support business growth.

Topics to be covered :
Session 1: Icebreaker - Introduction of the project description, golden triangle, problem tree, and value proposition canvas.
Session 2: Business Model Canvas.
Session 3: Financial concepts and cost analysis for projects: Budgeting and expenses (fixed and variable costs - Specifying direct and indirect costs and pricing).
Session 4: Risk Management.
Session 5: Marketing strategy and fundamentals - SWOT Analysis.
Session 6: Proposal writing. Project challenges and mitigation strategies.
Session 7: Exercise on project presentation.
Session 8: Pitching.
