LOST is seeking to recruit a Co-Facilitator in Baalbeck to support the BASATINE Project

Co-facilitator Profile

-Co-facilitators should be from the targeted communities or possess an acute knowledge of the targeted communities/regions

- Co-facilitators should have 1 year of relevant experience in co-facilitating training, especially delivered to illiterate or vulnerable populations.

- Previous experience in livelihood projects is a plus.

  • Good facilitation skills, is culture aware and gender-sensitive
  • Good  interpersonal skills, provides a friendly environment
  • Good conflict management skills, knows how to diffuse potential tensions quickly
  • Organizational skills, knows how to plan ahead
  • Time management skills, knows how to implement timely the training as per set calendars and allows time for questions and discussions.

Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) is everyone’s responsibility and all staff are required to adhere to the code of conduct, that enshrines principles of PSEA, always (Both during work hours and outside work hours). Familiarization with, and adherence to, the code of conduct is an essential requirement of all staff, in addition to related mandatory training. All staff must ensure that they understand and act in accordance with this clause
