Coach

Job Summary:

Under the general supervision and guidance of the “Education Champion Network” project manager, the coach will be responsible for outreaching, training, supporting, and following up with the participants and reporting back to the project manager and MEAL officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement relevant life skills field activities under the supervision of the project coordinator
• Support in the outreach within the targeted area
• Contribute to the development of available materials
• Prepare field reports
• Prepare and file relevant documents
• Report weekly & monthly on activities and results
• Attend relevant meetings
• Support participants in executing the needs assessments and youth-led initiatives
• Coordinate with the MEAL officer in order to properly document activities
• Develop a weekly plan under the supervision of the project coordinator

Background and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social work, or any other related field
• 2 years of relevant experience as a minimum, especially in INGOs/NGOs and the humanitarian context.
• Experience in communicating with beneficiaries, reporting, and organizing events.
• Experience in coaching & developing training material.
• Ability to deal eloquently and effectively with internal and external
  stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

 Computer Skills:

• Microsoft office – all applications
• Software applications required for daily operations
