Community Care Worker

​​​​​Lost is seeking to recruit a Para social Worker in Baalbeck/Hermel 

Main Duties and responsabilities :

• Follow up on children and caregivers with CP concerns (in the Community center and ISs)
• Support teachers and educators in identifying children with CP concerns. (In the IS and CC)
• Follow up on the attendance of children attending FPSS sessions.
• Referring children to specialized services (CP – FE – Wash – Health – etc, ….)
• Report on challenges encountered, good practices and recommendations for the program.
• Attending all the trainings including (PSEA – Safe guarding – referral – SEL)
• Ensure the safeguarding of children in MSCC as a CP focal point.
• Follow up with the IT help desk on a daily basis
• conducting a weekly report to the specialized social worker and providing its recommendation about CP and attendance of children

NB : Lost has a zero tolerance to sexual Exploitation and abuse of beneficiaries. Protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) is everyone’s responsibility and all staff are required to adhere to the code of conduct, that enshrines principles of PSEA, always (Both during work hours and outside work hours). Familiarization with, and adherence to, the code of conduct is an essential requirement of all staff, in addition to related mandatory training. All staff must ensure that they understand and act in accordance with this clause .
