Key Responsibilities
- Outreach participants.
- Conduct English Language TOT.
- Plan the curriculum.
- Observe the English language teachers and provide assessments.
- Organize an English File and keep it up to date.
- Exchange ideas, worksheets, tests, etc., amongst staff.
- Interview, coach and support new teachers.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars.
- Design suitable assessment & reporting structures to complement the courses.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience teaching English as a second language; high school experience is preferred.
- Preferred: English language coordinator experience at a high school.
