Facilitator

LOST is seeking to recruit a Facilitator in the following locations Baalbeck, Bednayel, Hermel, Ein, Ersal, Deir Al Ahmar, Chaat

Job Description :

• Contribute to the development of available materials including worksheets, tests, and assignments
• Supervise sessions to ensure all participants are learning in a safe and productive environment
• Prepare the provided supplies and resources for lectures and presentations
• Deliver personalized instruction to each participant by encouraging interactive learning
• Plan and implement educational activities and events
• Prepare periodic progress reports
• Evaluate and document students’ progress
• Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests
• Plan and implement relevant training activities
• Support in the outreach within the targeted area
• Prepare and file relevant documents
• Report weekly & monthly on activities and results
• Attend relevant meetings
• Support participants in executing the needs assessments and youth-led initiatives
• Develop a weekly plan

Educational Background :

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other relevant field

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English,
• Excellent computer skills;
• Knowledge in excel and other data entry programs
