Facilitator

LOST is seeking to recruit a Facilitator in Baalbeck to support the BASATINE Project

Facilitator Profile

· Facilitators should be from the targeted communities or possess an acute knowledge of the targeted communities/regions

· Facilitators should have 2 to 3 years of relevant training experience, especially delivered to illiterate populations.

· Previous experience in livelihood projects is a plus.

· Good facilitation skills, is culture aware and gender-sensitive

· Good interpersonal skills, provides a friendly environment

· Good conflict management skills, knows how to diffuse potential tensions quickly

· Organizational skills, knows how to plan ahead

· Time management skills, knows how to implement timely the training as per set calendars and allows time for questions and discussion.
