Under the general supervision and guidance of the Programme Director of the “Youth-led Social Cohesion” project, the field coordinator will be responsible to coordinate with coaches and stakeholders, design and implement effective activities, and report back to the director on a daily-basis.

Job Decription :

•    Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of activities of the project;
•    Provide data that contributes to the attainment of project objectives;
•    Ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with the project manager's plan;
•    Maintain proper and up-to-date monitoring of capacity-building and awareness activities, including a list of participants, attendance, questionnaires, and pre-and post-tests, as well as documentation for needs assessments, community service plans, community projects, and recreational activities;
•    Assist in the organization, preparation and implementation of training, and community events;
•    Identify and report any issue that arises, and engage in preparing changes to plans as needed; 
•    Act as focal point for the coaches;
•    Coordinate and organize local and field visits for the project’s director and other interested parties;
•    Using the templates, submit monthly reports on the project's activities, results, problems, and accomplishments according to the template;
•    Manage and Coordinate local and field visits for project managers or any concerned parties;
•    Submit monthly reports on the development of activities, results, challenges, and achievements of project as per templates;
•    Perform other tasks as the need arises;

General Skills :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business , Social Science , Political Science or any other relevant Field 
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Communication and reporting skills, preferably from a multi-cultural environment
  • Performing under pressure
  • Being proficient in English, Arabic in both written and oral skills
