Lead Engineer

Job Description

- Perform daily visits to the sites to check on the field officer work.

- Train technical field officers and foremen on construction work and best practices.

- Monitor technical team and assure they follow the set procedures and techniques.

- Assure materials are used right and in the right amounts.

- Assure implementation is conducted according to the drawings, layouts and maps.

- Review all POs.

- Report on project progress on a daily and weekly basis.

- Assure the technical field officers prepare the concrete mix according to the procedure.
