Project Manager

LOST is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to support in DANIDA project.
The project manager works to assist “Protection and reslience Building in Baalbek-Hermel” project team with the management of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. He/she organizes the project with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

Job Description :

•    Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
•    Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
•    Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
•    Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
•    Ensure project deadlines are met.
•    Determine project changes.
•    Provide administrative support as needed.
•    Undertake project tasks as required.
•    Develop project strategies.
•    Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
•    Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
•    Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
•    Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
•    Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Science or any other related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
