Job Description

The trainer/facilitator must facilitate the focus group discussions and workshops with cash worker . The main tasks to be completed by the trainer shall be:

• Design and present a training agenda and a detailed timetable of the workshop outlining the topics to be covered;
• Prepare needed visuals to enhance the quality of learning for trainees.
• Train the cash workers on Sexual Harassment and Abuse 
• Train the cash workers on child protection measures 
• Train the cash workers on the complaint mechanism and how to deal with each case 

The trainer/facilitator is required to have

• Excellent communication, oral, and written skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• A good listener with the ability to capture the essence of what people say and capture it in writing
