Team Leader

LOST is seeking to recruit a Team Leader in Baalbeck /Hermel 

 Job Summary:

The Team leader will act as the main point of coordination between the project coordinator, and the project staff on the ground.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the project activities;
• Transfer information to Project coordinator;
• Report targets, timeframe, log frame, delays, and any other relevant information to Project Coordinator;
• Collect all information and orally reports on the progress of youth activities on a daily basis;
• Prepare weekly plans for each activity and assign the duties of staff of his/her area of intervention.
• Follow-up on daily basis with the social workers on each activity, and provide support to prevent problems and difficulties.
• Daily check-up on the trainings to ensure the full compliance with the program document.
• Supervise the outreach and assessment activities to ensure it fulfills a high proficiency level.
• Prepare weekly report in English on the progress of activities to the project coordinator;
• Play as the NGO focal point in front of partners, and stakeholders;
• Collect Data from the development officers and counseling officers for reporting.
• Attend weekly meetings with the management team to reach the project targets.
• Set-up a Monitoring and Evaluation system with the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, or any other related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Previous experience in project implementation and in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstration of “team player” abilities
• Good time-management skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
