Technical Trainer

Job Description

-Train 30 cash workers on basic construction principles such as concrete mixing , plastering, painting,sanitation, plumbing....

- Request all needed materials, tools and equipment.

- Monitor attendance sheet and the time sheet of 30 cash workers 

- Submit a verbal daily report to project coordinator and project assistant.

- Submit weekly reports to Project Coordinator and General Manager using assigned templates.

- Update the Lead Engineer and Project Assistant of any changes in the project schedule. 

- Request for inspection prior to any concrete pouring process.  

-Train 30 cash workers on construction safety measures

-Train 30 cash workers on the usage of the safety gears and construction equipment
