Warehouse Management Trainer

LOST is seeking to contract with a trainer to conduct trainings on Warehouse Management according to a specific curriculum .

JOB PURPOSE:

The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering the content relating to a warehouse management training. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of the trainer include the following:

• Designing the overall plan of the warehouse management training (topics, number/duration of sessions, etc.)
• Preparing the content of the sessions (handouts, PowerPoint Presentation, activities, etc.). The content is expected to cover the following topics: arranging the warehouse and its inventory, maintaining the appropriate equipment, managing new stock coming to the facility, picking, and packing orders, tracking and improving the overall warehouse performance.
• Delivering the sessions to the participants who are warehouse managers and storekeepers.
• Preparing a pre and post test relevant to the content that will be delivered.
• Providing feedback on the participants’ performance and involvement.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, or any other relevant field. Having an international certification in this regard is a plus.
• Experience and substantial knowledge in warehouse management and warehouse management systems.
• Experience in designing and delivering warehouse management training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
