Computer Telephony Integration

The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC) is in the process of strengthening an existing call centre, that uses Cisco telephony hardware and will integrate with Salesforce CRM. 

Therefore, the LRC is looking for a Salesforce CTI connector that allows integration with on-site CISCO telephony infrastructure and Salesforce as per the requirements below.
