Inspection and Renovation (Damp Diagnosis in Batroun Primary Health Center)

The scope of work of the selected consultant shall comprise the following:

1. Conduct a site visit, in order to collect the needed data, to map the damp, to record its extent, and to define its source;

2. Prepare and submit a comprehensive draft report which will:
   1. Detail the site visits’ findings, mapping and recording the damp extent;
   2. Define the damps’ types and sources;
   3. Provide a clear explanation for damps’ root cause;
   4. Recommend measures for corrective measures
   5. Propose a comprehensive list of all possible solutions, with estimated duration, cost, pros and cons of each solution
