The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC) hereby invites eligible and qualified service providers to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the Procurement, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning and Three-Year Maintenance of a UHF Repeater System for the Lebanese Red Cross under a Three (3) Year Service Contract, in accordance with the requirements set forth in Annex 3 – Terms of Reference (ToR).
