Bts It Coordinator In Blood Transfusion Services

Manage the daily running of IT infrastructure in all 12 BTS branches and give support to staff in the branches on IT Organises the implementation of a new software (“e-Delpyhin” by Hemasoft) for all BTS Develops and organises the necessary trainings for staff on the new software Monitors the introduction of the new software in all branches Maintains the contact with the software provider (Hemasoft) on all technical aspects Manages the daily running of IT hardware in all branches Supports the staff in the branches with advice, instructions and help Assures the maintenance of the IT equipment in all BTS places, undertakes small repairs when needed Gives the necessary trainings related to hardware and hardware issues Evaluates, procures and replaces material/equipment when needed Supports  the BTS communication network (email, servers) between BTS branches and the good functioning of the BTS website (part of LRC website) Analyses future BTS IT needs and proposes adequate solutions Coordinates the introduction of the new software and hardware with the overall IT Coordinator of LRC Supports and assists the LRC IT Coordinator with the handling of all LRC IT infrastructure (max. 10 % of the work time) A successful candidate will also meet the following criteria: ¨  A manifested interest for humanitarian action/issues and the LRC ¨  A demonstrated interested in communication (incl. PR/marketing) ¨  The ability to think strategically, express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, and to work independently as well as part of a team ¨  Capacity to travel to all parts of Lebanon (to all 12 BTS branches) ¨  Flexibility and the ability to assist with a variety of tasks based on the needs of the BTS and to work outside working hours when required/in emergencies ¨  Excellent Customer Service Skills, takes initiative, excellent time management skills
