Disaster Management Director’S Assistant

The DMU Director’s Assistant is responsible to assist the Director in the day to day office activities. The position will also support the Director in managing the work of the department and staff as required.   Essential Responsibilities and Duties Keep track of the internal and external reports’ deadlines. Keep track of milestones fixed by the DM Director. Organize/attend meetings when specified by DM Director. Save and share meetings’ minutes. Support the Director in monitoring the goals and objectives set for the DUM staff. Coordinate the planning of the DM director’s calendar. Coordinate workshops and conferences when needed. Coordinate timings, meetings and collaboration with key stakeholders. Ensure office rituals are smoothly running. Follow-up on deliverables requested by the DM Director. Follow-up on the implementation and well-functioning of the work within the department. Follow-up on DM teams across the country regarding deliverables as requested by the DM Director.
