- Ensures that basic facilities (water, heating, cooling, sanitation, electricity) are well maintained and operational at all times
- Supervises cleaning staff and contractors and ensures the cleanliness of the center at all times
- Performs basic maintenance
- Coordinates, accompanies and supervises contractors as they perform routine or emergency maintenance
- Assists with any emergency requests in case of equipment failures
- Oversees renovations and refurbishments
