HR Officer - Recruitment

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases and handling confidential information with discretion
  2. Support HR Manager in responding to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance
  3. Handle the implementation of LRC recruitment plan and support in the recruitment process.
  4. Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems
  5. Conduct interviews with related Sectors and Sections Director/Manager and ensure proper recruitment reports and interview evaluations are conducted.
  6. Develop employment contracts and job offers and ensure conformity with legal standards.
  7. Support as needed in drafting and maintaining job descriptions.
  8. Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  9. Ensure HR legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements in accordance with the Lebanese Labor Law; maintain records and represent the organization in hearing as and when needed.
  10. Assist in the implementation of the HRIS “SAP Success Factors” modules.
  11. Support and train employees on the use of the HRIS

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Navision or SAP)
  • Experience with candidate screening and assessment tools to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate responses.
