Main Role
The Personnel Officer’s main responsibility is to handle the administrative HR day to day activities and to support the HR Manager in talent management related procedures.
Operational Roles and Responsibilities
Support in the recruitment process by posting vacancies, collecting and screening CVs, assisting in shortlisting, organizing interviews and performing background checks
Support HR Manager in preparing and maintaining employment contracts
Assist with new-employee orientation and onboarding
Maintain employees’ records and files; keep files up to date in regards to status and salary changes, absences, leaves, vacations, etc.
Handle employees’ registration/cancellation at NSSF and MOF relevant offices by submitting the appropriate forms
Monitor daily attendance of staff and consolidate monthly attendance sheets to be sent to respective Department Directors/Managers for validation
Discuss and investigate staff absences/lateness in coordination with all Department Directors/Managers
Track and resolve payroll errors and verify the completion of payroll adjustments and corrections as necessary and submit payroll sheet to HR Manager for validation
Support HR Manager in responding to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance
Support HR Manager in the annual performance evaluation process as necessary
Perform duties in compliance with Lebanese Labor Law, LRC International rules and regulations, and HR policies and procedures
