Psychosocial Support Programme - Field Coordinator

To ensure that the UNICEF funded LRC Project (“Enhanced Psychosocial Support and Protection capacity of Lebanese Red Cross front line workers”) is properly coordinated, monitored and supervised.    Main Responsibilities: Facilitate and promote cross-cutting results and team work across LRC departments (DM, MS and EMS) Support the development of monitoring and evaluation tools for the project. Responsible for the overall monitoring and evaluation of project activities in collaboration with the three PSS project managers. Organize and conduct the necessary training for staff on the use of monitoring and evaluation tools. Conduct field visits on a regular basis to the different project sites to ensure that activities are being implemented according to the project work plan and in compliance with monitoring and evaluation tools. Ensure the quality of the monthly reports from the psychosocial project managers Participate in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at field level and provide regular feedback on meetings to the psychosocial project managers and DRC project manager. Provide technical support on (Gender Based Violence, Child Protection and Psychosocial Support) to the psychosocial project managers and project field teams. Facilitate or support project related trainings/workshops for staff and volunteers. Support consultants and the DRC project manager to plan baseline studies and evaluations. Consolidate financial reports and invoices received by psychosocial project managers. Support the preparation of field visits for donors, LRC HQ staff and DRC staff.
