Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the implementation of the LRC social media plan and strategic campaigns developed by USG in alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaigns and organizational priorities
- Build relationships with online followers and influencers to foster community and loyalty
- Assist in preparing and selecting an engaging high-quality content (text, images, videos) for use across social media platforms
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure content effectiveness and audience engagement
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Follow up with all sectors / sections / units / beneficiaries on possible success stories, experiences, video footage, pictures, ongoing activities, or other potential opportunities
- Draft and prepare content for various channels including social media posts, quotes, and website updates under the guidance of the USG
- Work on updating content for LRC social media pages, marketing materials, and other platforms
