Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Planning and reporting
- Maintains the training center calendar and booking schedule
- Participates in annual planning for the optimal use of the training center
- Issues quarterly reports on training center usage and financial performance
Human Resources
- Supervises and manages the performance of the training center full-time staff
- Assists with recruitment of training center staff
- Ensures that staff benefit from development and learning opportunities
Operational responsibilities:
- Ensures that training center is fully operational, safe and clear at all times
- Tracks and follows-up on all maintenance contracts
- Coordinates with suppliers
- Checks visitor and client satisfaction and continually identifies and explores opportunities to improve the customer experience of visitors
Financial management and bookkeeping:
- Prepares and monitors an annual training center budget
- Issues quarterly profit and loss statements
- Maintains all financial records
- Coordinates with Finance Department
- Implement financial management policies and procedures
Follow-up on accounts payable and payments with the main Accounting and Finance Department (LRC HQ)
