Training Center Administrator (Jounieh)

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

 

Planning and reporting

  • Maintains the training center calendar and booking schedule
  • Participates in annual planning for the optimal use of the training center
  • Issues quarterly reports on training center usage and financial performance

 

Human Resources

  • Supervises and manages the performance of the training center full-time staff
  • Assists with recruitment of training center staff
  • Ensures that staff benefit from development and learning opportunities

 

Operational responsibilities:

  • Ensures that training center is fully operational, safe and clear at all times
  • Tracks and follows-up on all maintenance contracts
  • Coordinates with suppliers
  • Checks visitor and client satisfaction and continually identifies and explores opportunities to improve the customer experience of visitors

 

Financial management and bookkeeping:

  • Prepares and monitors an annual training center budget
  • Issues quarterly profit and loss statements
  • Maintains all financial records
  • Coordinates with Finance Department
  • Implement financial management policies and procedures

Follow-up on accounts payable and payments with the main Accounting and Finance Department (LRC HQ)
