Training Center Facilities Manager (Jounieh)

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Ensures that basic facilities (water, heating, cooling, sanitation, electricity) are well maintained and operational at all times
2. Supervises cleaning staff and contractors and ensures the cleanliness of the center at all times
3. Performs basic maintenance
4. Coordinates, accompanies and supervises contractors as they perform routine or emergency maintenance
5. Assists with any emergency requests in case of equipment failures
6. Oversees renovations and refurbishments
