Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and welcome guests to the training center
- Directs visitors to the appropriate locations
- Maintains records of all visitors
- Ensures reception area is tidy, clean and welcoming
- Answers, screens and forwards incoming calls
- Provides basic and accurate information to callers and visitors
- Requests front office supplies
- Manages check in of guests
- Issues keycards to in-house guests and collects them upon checkout
- Assists staff with outgoing calls and follow-up with clients and users of the facilities
- Performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying
- Assists training center administrator
