Call for Microwavable Plastic Meal Containers & Lids (Codes 826 • 827 • 780) – South Lebanon

LSR seeks qualified suppliers for a non-exclusive framework with call-offs by PO.

Items & indicative specs (or equivalents):

• PP compartment trays (codes 826, 827, 780; vendor mapping for 1-/2-/3-comp trays). Capacities ~900–1200 ml; clear snap-on lids.
• Material: PP (recycling code 5), microwave-safe ≥100–120 °C, freezer-tolerant to −18 °C, BPA-free, stackable, leak-resistant.
•  Lids: tight-fit/ventable; compatibility with tray codes must be guaranteed.
•  Marking: carton & inner pack with lot/batch, origin, item code, pack count.
•  Data to provide: gram weight per container & lid (± tolerance), dimensions, temperature limits, stacking height/load.

Delivery: DDP to LSR Central Kitchen – Jdaydet Marjaayoun, South Lebanon, Mon–Sat 08:00–16:00. Clean, protected cartons; no substitutions without written approval; samples may be requested prior to award.

Contract: 3-month framework, renewable subject to performance/funding.
Payment: Bank transfer/OMT, Net 15–30 days after accepted delivery. Quote USD.
Evaluation (illustrative): Price 50% • Technical compliance 25% • Delivery capacity 15% • References/compliance 10%.
