Digital Literacy Trainer – Women’s Empowerment Program

Training Objectives:

• Teach basic computer and smartphone literacy.
• Introduce practical skills such as using email, internet browsing, and smartphone apps.
• Educate participants on online safety, digital tools, and resources for learning.
• Empower women to use technology for personal, educational, and entrepreneurial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver 6 half-day training sessions, designed for beginners.
• Use interactive and engaging methods suitable for participants with limited prior digital experience.
• Provide accessible learning materials (printed/digital handouts) for each session.
• Submit brief reports after each session summarizing feedback and outcomes.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment where participants feel comfortable exploring technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Digital Media, or related field.
• Previous experience in delivering digital literacy training, particularly in rural or underserved communities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage learners at varying tech levels.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Must be officially registered in Lebanon and able to issue invoices and receipts with TVA (VAT).
