Trainer in Mouneh Production, Food Safety, and Hygiene

Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) is seeking qualified trainers to deliver a comprehensive training program to 135 women beneficiaries. The program consists of three main modules: Mouneh production, food safety, and food hygiene in cooking. The selected trainers will conduct practical and theoretical sessions aimed at equipping women with the necessary skills to produce high-quality, traditional Lebanese Mouneh while ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Trainers should be available to lead sessions in coordination with the LSR schedule, with flexibility for organizing women into smaller groups.
