We hereby at LUPD organization are currently looking to request a quotation for the stationary of the following items attached in the RFQ form. All required specifications details are included.Please be sure to fill the same RFQ form attached. It should be stamped, signed and scanned.
Financial Offer contains:
Name of supplier & Manager as per registration certificate (شهادة التسجيل \ الاذاعة التجارية)
address,
phone and contact person,
total price including 11% VAT,
discount offered, (if any)
the validity of the quotation (minimum 1 month),
Acceptable payment terms
Legal portfolio (شهادة التسجيل \ الاذاعة التجارية \TVA الرقم المالي)
Detailed Price list including the unit and size of the item is requested.
Delivery fees if applicable to: Beirut & Mount Lebanon / Bekaa ( Baalbeck).
To be noted, all suppliers shall agree to fix this quotation submitted for a period of 2 months at least in case of selection and contract signature, in addition that the quantity may vary every month, the purchases will be quarterly or on a monthly basis until March 2027
