Background
The Lebanese Union of People with Physical Disabilities (LUPD), through the MASIDAMA program, has facilitated a participatory process engaging diverse groups of women—including women with disabilities—across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and Baalbek. From July 2024 to May 2025, these women participated in structured dialogues, capacity-building sessions, and community discussions aimed at identifying their key challenges, priorities, and aspirations.

This process culminated in the development of a grassroots community initiative set to launch in July 2025, rooted in the lived experiences and advocacy goals of these women. One of the central components of this initiative is the production of a short, high-impact video titled: “Her Voice is Power, Her Presence is a Right.” This video will document and elevate the voices of women with disabilities and serve as a strategic advocacy tool to challenge societal norms, promote gender equality, and raise awareness of disability rights.

Objective
LUPD seeks to recruit a professional production team (videographer and editor) to develop a powerful, inclusive, and visually compelling video that captures the stories, reflections, and leadership of women with disabilities. The final product will serve as both a documentary and an advocacy tool for use in national and international platforms.

        • Inclusion of emotional and impactful music and visual effects that support the messaging.
        • Final production of a full video and a shorter teaser version for social media.
