Mission 1: Technical Responsibilities  Ensure that project and local coordinator are constantly updated on project activities and progress Ensure that forms are filled out correctly. Ensure the data archiving using LPHU system and keep an appropriate record of progress reports on job seekers. Suggest any necessary modification need to improve the system Provide the main data base regularly with the collected data Prepare training and publication materials.  Mission 2: Networking and Cooperation  Introduce and explain the project for the employers  ( emphasising on  the importance of inclusion and the economical profit and the law 220) Explain to employers  different disabilities, such as visual and hearing impairments, wheelchairs users, dyslexia, mental health problems, learning/speaking/writing difficulties Advise  employers on drawing a job description that does not needlessly exclude a disabled candidate and that concentrates on what is to be achieved in the job rather than how it is to be achieved Provide companies with information on reasonable adjustment (including a draft design) and the approximate costs. Provide information  on how to advertise for a job and the importance of using positive words, stating that the application will be accepted in alternative formats and advertising it in more than one medium Ensure that people with disabilities are not treated less favourably than others in the process of the interview, suggesting to employers the possibility of providing auxiliary aids or services and offering information about the interview on different formats and in a fully accessible location Ensure that the employers provide the job centre with any job vacancies Advise  employers on how to manage health-related absences Prepare and conduct training workshops to the private and public sector institutions. Mission 3: Identify job seekers Implement the pre test prepared in collaboration with the team Improve in collaboration with the other job advisers all forms when necessary Prepare an assessment for job seekers to identify their knowledge , skills  and capacity Conduct the assessment. Assist the job seekers while filling forms Prepare and conduct job seekers training workshops. Prepare the job seekers for the job interview Suggest needed training for job seekers Based on the filled forms and in collaboration of the job seekers do a job matching Home visits to the individuals and work with their  families when needed Prepare and implement training workshops targeting the families of PWD Assist in enhancing leadership and independent living skills where applicable in cooperation with the local coordinator Conduct regular meeting with individuals Mission 4: Reporting  Regularly report to the local coordinator on all tasks completed and in process. Provide a weekly summary report of all activities conducted in the field. Provide the local coordinator with all information necessary to the database. Provide the project coordinators with any information when requested
