Revise the monthly financial reports of the local job centres and prepare the internal monthly financial report and the financial report for the donors (quarterly, semi annual and annual reports) in collaboration with LPHU’s financial officer.
- Translate documents when required
- Conduct internet research
- Assist and train the local administrative when required.
- Keep LPHU inventories (fixed assets , stationery) up dated
- Handle all purchase files
-Write emails, letters when required
- Perform other administrative tasks like faxing, phoning, photocopying and other duties and responsibilities where required.
- Keep records and archive of all LPHU projects activities :proposals , agreement, guidelines , MoU, reports ,log frame, Work plan minutes, stripes , Contacts, TORs , attendance sheets ,letters , mails ,purchases files and supplies contract ,follow up report ,assessment, data .
- Ensure that the program manager and program coordinators are up dated with deadlines
- Ensure proper documentation of financial project files and maintain an adequate filling (and translate invoices to English ).
- Ensure the circulation of financial information between the centers
- Write progress reports when required by donors
- prepare internal financial reports (weekly and monthly reports).
