Main duties : To promote an inclusion and diversity among local society. To set-up and manage the activities of the LPHU centers according to the outlined operations criteria for the project.       Technical Responsibilities  Ensure that all local staff understand their responsibilities and are followed up on.  Ensure that staff is using common assessment and identification tools, meeting the needs of potential beneficiaries and following up on potential beneficiaries in an effective manner. Ensure that the local data base is regularly up dated and the LPHU main data base is provided by required data To maintain a stock of support material and advise the project coordinator when inventory needs to be replenished.   Networking and Coordination  Set-up and implement an action plan and management system with the local LPHU center. Attend all LPHU coordination meetings to update other local coordinators and implementing partners on activities conducted. Ensure the application of all LPHU ethics by all the team  Follow up the implementation of all local activities  Liaise with other organizations and companies in the region to strengthen local networks and broaden the scope of the project Introduce and promote the project to municipalities, schools, universities ,  vocational training centers , ministries Conduct home visits with the employment advisor when needed Visit employers when needed  Coordinate the collaboration between employment advisor and job seekers trainers. Coordinate with Employment Advisor to identify requirements for securing job opportunities for persons with disability.  Coordinate with Employment advisor to ensure that beneficiaries are receiving the required support in seeking employment. Coordinate with the employment advisor on enhancing leadership and independent living skills where required Coordinate, supervise and ensure the implementation of trainings. Ensure the providing of  logistic facilities for trainers Conduct a weekly  coordination meeting Maintain accurate information on assessments conducted, services provided, referrals provided and other project activities, obstacles and resources of the LPHU center. Ensure that all reporting  forms are filled properly (attendance sheets, photos for activities ) Revise and sign the car  log book on weekly bases  Supervise and approve  the local expenses    Reporting  Report regularly to the project coordinator and manager on all tasks completed and in process. Provide a weekly summary report of all activities conducted in the field Provide a monthly report on the center activities. Revise and sign the local financial report.
