Job Purpose
To facilitate a central advocacy event focusing on a prepared community claim. The event will gather 20 key community stakeholders alongside agroup of trained women and girls to engage in consicutive dialogue rooted in community cultural perspectives and human rights standpoints, culminating in formation of a women’s reconciliation committee.
Responsibilities
● Facilitate an inclusive roundtable discussion that enables the participants to express their views, share live experiences, and contribute to a shared understandig of the community claim.
● Ensure respectful, balanced, and productive discussion throughout the session.
● Faciliate engagement of community stakeholders including religious leaders, municipalities, reconciliation committees, and other influencers
● Lead the process to support the declaration of the women reconciliation committee
● Prepare a summary report of event proceedings and outcomes
Deliverables
● Facilitation plan and materials submitted pre-event
● Successful facilitation of the advocacy event
● Brief report summarizing event proceedings and participant engagement

Requirements
● Bachelor Degree in social science or related field
● Proven experience in event facilitation, especially advocacy or community events
● Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
● Familiarity with Baalbek El Hermel local stakeholders is an asset
