Community Facilitator

RDFL is seeking a Male Community Facilitator for Mount Lebanon (Male candiate who has outreach skills and experience in Zouk Mikael surroundings).

Responsibilities:

Conduct community outreach and engagement activities to convince the participants to be part of MASIDAMA sessions

Organize and facilitate meeting with stakeholders to reach the accurate participants

Search for community members, and target groups.

Collaborate with local organizations to ensure effective communication and coordination to reach the targeted participants in projects’ activities

Conduct Masidama Sessions with men participants and organize the life skills sessions

Collect feedback and insights from community members to inform project implementation and adaptation 

Conduct FGDs for the project

Assist in developing outreach materials, including presentations, flyers, and communication tools.

Support monitoring and evaluation activities related to community engagement and outreach

Deliverables:

Weekly work-plan 

Weekly report summarizing the achievements

Monthly written report summarizing outreach activities, outcomes, and challenges.

Documentation of community feedback and engagement insights.

Any other deliverables as specified by the project manager or head of programs at RDFL

Reporting and Supervision: The outreach facilitator will report to the Project Manager and collaborate closely with the project team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Experience working with NGOs or humanitarian organizations is an asset.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
