The Lebanese Women’s Democratic Gathering (RDFL) is a secular non-governmental women organization which works with the democratic forces and represents a part of the advocacy secular democratic women’s movement, on the basis of international pacts and treaties, as well as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Universal Declaration on the Elimination of Violence Against Women, in order to promote women’s status and participation and empower them, aiming at achieving full equality between both sexes. RDFL and within the project "Strengthening response and prevention to gender based violence in Lebanon", supported by UNICEF, seeks to recruit a project supervisor who has experience on GBV protection and prevention, with wide experience in project management and reporting. This project will be implemented in Baalbek and neighboring villages- Qasarnaba and neighboring villages. 1) Aim: Support the social worker in providing the PSS activities for children and caregivers 2) Reporting lines a)       Reports to: Social Worker b)       Subordinates: None 3) Responsibilities Support the social worker in the identification of safe spaces to provide PSS that adhere to the quality checklists for center-based and outreach activities shared at the inter-agency level Identify vulnerable children and caregivers in need of PSS in line with inter-agency selection criteria Support the delivery of PSS to children and caregivers Safely identify and refer CP and GBV cases to the social worker Ensure the proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies) during CB PSS (attendance sheets, parental consent, etc.) Maintain positive relations with local implementing actors, local authorities and other international and local stakeholders Perform any other duties relating to the nature of the job as directed by the PSS Officer and the Protection Manager Competency profile: Flexibility Planning skills Systematic  Communication Teamwork skills Initiative(proactive) Result-oriented and accountability Professionalism
