Responsibilities:

Outreach vulnerable people in the area according to the criteria of the project.

Conduct interviews with these people for data collection.

Convince and persuade the outreached people to attend training and awareness sessions.

Attend all the training conducted

Attend and monitor the training conduct vulnerability assessments in the field and communication with beneficiaries.

Ensure the attendance of the beneficiaries at the training and awareness sessions.

Empower and promote the development of the beneficiaries.

Write a report about the activities conducted along with its related documentation (pictures, attending sheets).

Organize sessions/training for the beneficiaries and make sure all the related parties are well-informed and present at the sessions.

Stay in touch with the Project Manager and project Officer to coordinate the outreach process.

Plan the steps with a multitasking approach.

Develop and retain solid connections with potential partners and permanent members of the association in order to ensure the unit’s mission and serve the targeted number of people.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or any other equivalent university qualifications.

At least 2 years of experience in outreach and community mobilization is required.

Prior experience working on protection project

Good knowledge of GBV.

Good organizational and documentation management skills.

Knowledge of the functions of community organizations and related human services in the area.
