  1. The psychologist is responsible for conducting one group self-care session for the protection staff working under ICSP project.
  2. The psychologist is responsible for conducting 2 sessions of individual psychological support for the protection staff.
  3. The candidate will report directly to the project manager.
  4. The candidate is responsible for advising the  Project Manager, as necessary, or upon request, with the aim of improving the working atmosphere in their teams and resolving problems of a work-related or personal nature that adversely affect job performance and productivity.
  5. Monitors environmental factors that could lead to stress, with particular focus on stress related to critical incidents including emergency and crisis situations.
  6. Submit a report on monthly basis for the project Manager.

 

 

Qualifications:

An Advanced University Degree (Masters or equivalent) in clinical Psychology.
 
Professional Competencies:
-       A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience is required.
-       Experience in Employees Assistance Program or Organizational Intervention would be an asset;
-      Computer literacy (Word, Excel, outlook)
-      Excellent Analytical and reporting skills
