The Lebanese Women’s Democratic Gathering (RDFL) is a secular non-governmental women organization which works with the democratic forces and represents a part of the advocacy secular democratic women’s movement, on the basis of international pacts and treaties, as well as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Universal Declaration on the Elimination of Violence Against Women, in order to promote women’s status and participation and empower them, aiming at achieving full equality between both sexes. RDFL and within the project "Strengthening response and prevention to gender based violence in Lebanon", supported by UNICEF, seeks to recruit a project supervisor who has experience on GBV protection and prevention, with wide experience in project management and reporting. This project will be implemented in Baalbek and neighboring villages- Qasarnaba and neighboring villages. 1) Aim: Raise the awareness level through providing psychosocial support activities and information sessions to children and caregivers, in addition to safe identification and referral of CP and GBV cases to specialized services 2) Reporting lines a)       Reports to: Case Management Supervisor b)       Subordinates: Facilitator 3) Responsibilities Identify safe spaces to provide PSS that adhere to the quality checklists for center-based and outreach activities shared at the inter-agency level Deliver PSS in line with global and national inter-agency SOPs/standards Create a safe space where participants can share experiences in a confidential and respectful manner Identify the most vulnerable children and their caregivers and ensure their enrollment in RDFL PSS programs Ensure that all children and caregivers are referred to case management, education and other specialized services when needed Supervise the facilitator and ensure the delivery of children PSS activities in a proper way Coordinate closely with RDFL GBV caseworker (internally) or CP caseworker (externally) to ensure the case plan is taken into consideration to tailor PSS interventions Actively ensure referrals from community-based protection activities and case management to PSS Ensure that ALL children and caregivers accessing focused PSS are referred back to community based PSS at the end of the program Ensure the proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies) during PSS sessions (attendance sheets, parental consent, referrals etc.) Support participants to provide feedback on the  PSS activities Maintain positive relations with local implementing actors, local authorities and other international and local stakeholders Perform any other duties relating to the nature of the job as directed by the case management supervisor Competency profile: Flexibility Planning skills Systematic  Communication Teamwork skills Initiative(proactive) Result-oriented and accountability Professionalism
