Consultancy for the design and supervision of the installation of an electrical solar system for water pumping station in Denniye, Lebanon

Association LRC wishes to invite you to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide consultancy services for the design and supervision of Beshtayel pumping station solar power project in Minieh, Dannieh, North of Lebanon.

The consultant is to conduct discussions and consultations with the Water Establishment, municipalities, and other relevant stakeholders in full coordination with LebRelief.

1. Mandatory Required Documents are as follow:

• Commercial Register Certificate
• Certificate of Registration at the Ministry of Finance
• No Receivership
• No Liquidation
• No Bankruptcy
• Certificate of Discharge from the Lebanese Contractors Syndicate for Public Works and Buildings (if relevant)
• Certificate of Financial Discharge from National Fund of Social Security (If Relevant)
• Activities have not been Suspended from the court
• Certificate of Bank Account
• Establishment Fresh USD Bank Account In Lebanon

Any extra Documents will be an added value

2. The Grading during the evaluation is defined as below:

• CV &Experience
• Minimum 5 years of Experience
• Minimum 3 References
• Legal Admin and Financial Documents
• Price
• Overall time frame
• Quality

3. A mandatory site visit:

A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday the 28th of September 2022 at 11:30 AM.

• LebRelief can drop out the price offers if all the essential required documents are not submitted with the price offer.
