Under the Emergency Response Funds LebRelief wishes to employ a Field Officer of the below responsibilities, skills and qualifications:
Main Responsibilities:
Leading Social and Field workers towards achieving project’s objectives
Developing, updating, and following up on weekly work plans
Forming and Training WASH committees
Coordinating with Local community to develop solutions for community level WASH issues
Ensuring proper documentation for the implemented project
Representing LebRelief and maintain contact with local residents and authorities
Developing visibility and communication plans to promote engagement of local community and to ensure ownership
Dealing with local contractors and labors
Liaising with project coordinator, project engineer, and logistics officer
Notifying line managers in case of problems and issues on field
Reporting daily and weekly to line managers
Skills and Qualifications
University degree
Experience in outreach and community work
Strong analytical communication skills
Experience in working with local authorities
Experience in supervision of staff
Experience in supervising construction works
Team Leadership skills
Knowledge in the geographical and social context of the assigned region
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
Experience required:
1 to 2 years
