Life Skills Trainer

Job Description:

• Help in the outreach of youth groups from several areas in Tripoli.
• Conduct a needs assessment for the beneficiaries to build a relevant curriculum.
• Train youth men and women on life skills and good behaviors.
• Create a detailed plan to complete the sessions for all the youth groups on time.
• Report on weekly basis to the program manager about the progress of the youth groups.
• Help youth identifying initiatives that benefit their community.
• Engage youth with lecturers through interactive seminars to improve their communication skills.
• Experience topics discussed in class through field visits.
• Prepare youth to advertise and defend their initiatives and link them to relevant stakeholders.
• Keep attendance and other records.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Life Skills trainings.
• Excellent social and personal relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English technical words knowledge.
