Outreach Officer

In partnership with UNICEF, LebRelief-LRC wishes to recruit Outreach Officer of the below responsibilities, skills, and qualifications Main Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring that the Youth program implemented will prepare youth for success and increase their employability Assist in ensuring quality and child protection standards are respected in the Youth program Assist in assessing the need of Youth and plan activities related to the needs based on close and constructive communication with them Assist in assessing the program requirements of the youth in Tripoli Assist in planning and implementing best outreach strategies to reach most vulnerable Youth for them to benefit from the program Assist in ensuring that the program information is available and accessible Assist in encouraging local most affected Youth to participate in the program Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing the Youth program to reach its objectives Assist in supporting local initiatives and new creative ideas Assist in promoting the Youth program Assist in coordinating with local stakeholders to promote the Youth program Assist in identifying suitable sites to implement Youth program activities Assist in identifying consultants, trainers, local NGOs, and enterprises for the Youth program Reports to Youth Officer Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication, writing, and analysis skills Creativity, accountability and integrity Outreach skills and experience
