Job Description
Implement the services provided by LebRelief during the project and identify most vulnerable participants interested in being engaged in the activities, coordinate and communicate with participants;
Follow-up attendance, report absences and propose appropriate measures when needed;
Complete with high competency the assigned tasks and assess challenges and ways forward for each task.
Follow and stick to the time plan shared by the line manager for the assigned activity.
Responsible of assessing the activities with participants through Focus Group Discussions in coordination with the M&E.
Organize referrals and follow-up cases;
Organize the data and documents related to the activity.
Follow-up in depth with the ongoing activities and participants and generate ideas for improvement.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on activities;
Summaries on each implemented activity once achieved;
Attend and actively participate to weekly staff meeting;
Participate, as requested, in workshops and coordination meetings intended to improve professional knowledge and skills relevant to assigned responsibilities.
Requirements:
Previous experience with Livelihood and agriculture Projects.
Previous experience in outreach and assessment activities.
High experience in engaging with most vulnerable communities.
